(6) The Company does not convert the accounts of Users who have not logged in for a certain period to dormant status, nor does it store their personal information separately. This is because we believe that a couple should be able to see the records they left together just as they were, even if they come back after a long time.

Article 5 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)

(1) Principle of destruction: When personal information becomes unnecessary because the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, it is destroyed without delay. The app stores on the User's device the login state, copies of records for displaying screens quickly, information to be displayed in home screen widgets, and photos and videos waiting to be uploaded. This information is not separately transmitted outside the device, and is deleted when you log out or delete the app.

Article 17 (Records in the Couple Space)

Uniple is a service in which two Users share a single space. This Article is not a disclosure item required by law, but the Company discloses it voluntarily because it addresses what Users most want to know.

(1) Jointly created records: Records stored in the Couple Space (all posts, photos, dates, amounts, etc. left by the Users) are records created jointly by the two connected Users and belong to both of them.

(2) When one User deletes their account: The account information of the User who deleted their account is deleted or rendered unidentifiable in accordance with Article 4(2). Because the records left in the Couple Space are also the records of the remaining partner, they are retained regardless of the type of feature, and in features that display the author's name, the author is displayed as "Deleted user." For this purpose, the User's unique account identifier (a random string) remains, separated from the email address, name, etc., in a state where it cannot by itself identify who the person is.

(3) When the connection is removed: A User who removes the couple connection and leaves the space can no longer access that space, and the records are retained as they are for the remaining partner.

(4) Right to delete directly: Users can directly delete within the service any records they do not wish to leave behind before deleting their account or removing the connection. If you wish to have specific records deleted after that, you may request it using the methods in Article 13, and the Company will handle the request within the scope prescribed by applicable laws, also taking into account the interests of the remaining partner.

(5) Public posts: Posts and reactions left in 'Share an idea' in the service are public posts accompanied by other Users' reactions and the Company's replies, so they are retained even after account deletion, and the author is displayed as "Deleted user." If you do not want this, you can delete them yourself before deleting your account.

(6) Dissolution of the Couple Space: When no Users remain in a Couple Space, that space and all records and files stored in it are destroyed together.

Article 18 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

(1) If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the fact of the change, the effective date, and the content before and after the change will be disclosed through announcements in the service starting 7 days before the effective date. However, for changes that significantly affect Users' rights, notice will be given starting 30 days before the effective date.

(2) The Company keeps and discloses previous versions of the Privacy Policy so that Users can compare the content before and after changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of
